NextLevel Business Solutions was founded by Jennifer Cadarette, who brings over 20 years of hands-on leadership, operations, administration, payroll, human resources, recruiting, health and safety, and business documentation experience — not just theory, but real-world expertise earned inside businesses across multiple industries.

Jennifer holds a Diploma in Accounting and Business Technology, a Payroll Clerk Certificate, and the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation through the National Payroll Institute. Her combination of recognized professional education and extensive practical experience allows NextLevel to deliver solutions that are both technically sound and genuinely useful.

Today we serve clients across British Columbia, Alberta and remotely throughout Canada — from small trades businesses and startups to non-profit organizations, municipal bodies, and individuals who need professional administrative support.
