Level 1 - Support

Level 2 is designed for clients with no employees, who would like to have a professional bookkeeper manage their books/record keeping, HST/GST returns, financial statements and bank reconciliations.     

Level 2 - Essentials

Level 3 is designed for clients with up to 10 employees, who would like a professional bookkeeper to manage their books/record keeping, payroll, HST/GST returns, financial statements and bank reconciliations.

Level 3 - Advanced

Level 4 is designed for clients with between 10 and 20 employees, who would like a professional bookkeeper to manage their finances, payroll, and government compliance tasks.

Bookkeeping catch up

Each catch up is unique and will have its own schedule. 

The process can include:

  • Reviewing your existing chart of accounts 
  • Reviewing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable 
  • Reviewing and entering credit card and bank account transactions 
  • Reviewing all payroll information 
  • Reconciling all accounts  
  • Preparing financial reporting to ensure that all data has been captured 
  • Reviewing government returns and remittances for accuracy
